The Mission of the Women in Architecture Committee (WIA) is to cultivate and promote the development and leadership of women design professionals by providing a forum for empowering, networking, and mentoring to enhance the architectural community throughout the Philadelphia area.
WIA consists of a Steering Committee led by two Co-Chairs. The Steering Committee plans and delivers several events throughout the year, and meets quarterly along with an annual planning retreat in the Fall.
