Women in Architecture Committee Raises Funds to Send Local Women to the Women's Leadership Summit

In celebration of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, the Women in Architecture Committee organized a successful fundraiser for the AIA Women's Leadership Summit (WLS) in Philadelphia. The goal was to provide scholarships for local women to attend the Summit. The event showcased the power of community and collective impact. Thank you to the trailblazers who supported the initiative, including the founders of WLS and AIA Pennsylvania. This initiative collected a great network of women who empower eachother while fostering hope for a more inclusive and equitable profession. Thank you to Brickworks Design Studio for providing the space. Firm leaders are encouraged to pledge to send a team member to WLS, with recognition promised via AIA communications.
