Designing spaces that shape the future requires a commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Ballinger’s Scholarship for Equity program aims to enhance equity in our industry and increase the pipeline of diverse talent in the fields of architecture, engineering, and interior design.
Our needs-based program is designed to support diverse Black, Indigenous, Person of Color, Latinx, Asian, and /or LGBTQIA+ students at several steps in their education, from the first year of college through graduation. Read on to learn more about the program details.
