The Carpenters' Company's year-long Changing the Face of the City project concludes with a thought-provoking panel discussion of leaders in the built environment to explore how the historic dynamics of preservation and urban planning have affected current practices in real-estate development, housing, etc.

Moderated by Carpenters' Company member Alan Greenberger, the panel includes John Chin, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corp.; Matt Ruben, President of the Northern Liberties Neighbors' Association; Eleanor Sharpe, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Planning Commission; and Leslie Smallwood-Lewis, Partner at Mosaic Development Partners. This event is produced in partnership with Urban Land Institute-Philadelphia and the Design Advocacy Group.
