Managing Partner | CBP Architects

Nancy Bastian has devoted her career to affordable housing – for families, seniors, people with disabilities, and those in recovery – designing with compassion, leading in her community, and demonstrating the value of innovative, thoughtful, affordable architecture.

Nancy joined CBP Architects’ predecessor studio, Cecil Baker + Partners, in 1987. She was named an associate in 1990, partner in 2006, and managing partner in 2023. For nearly four decades, Nancy has led and grown the firm’s affordable housing practice while advancing work for institutional and market-rate residential clients.
