Martin Droz promoted to Associate Vice President at Temple University

Martin Droz, AIA, NOMA has been promoted to Associate Vice President of Planning, Design and Construction at Temple University. In this role Martin will be responsible for managing the Project Delivery Group (PDG) and the department of Facilities Information Resources and Management (FIRM). PDG leads the integration and development of all design and construction projects for Temple University and Temple University Health System campuses. FIRM oversees and coordinates all space management activities, use of geographic information systems, and facilities document archiving for the university. Martin has been serving in this role on an interim basis and before that he was the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Operations at the university.

Previously Martin served in a similar role at The Salvation Army managing design, construction and facility matters in the Pennsylvania and Delaware region. In addition to these positions, he has had the opportunity to develop a diverse resume working at both local and national architecture firms. His portfolio includes projects in the civic, health, higher education, K-12, and non-profit market sectors.Martin serves on the Executive Board of Esperanza and the Facility Management Program Advisory Board at both Tyler School of Art and Architecture and Community College of Philadelphia. He also served on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (PhilaNOMA) for nine years, with a term as President.
