New Brunswick, NJ / Philadelphia, PA [Feb. 11, 2025] – DIGroup Architecture (DIG) has announced four key leadership promotions. Scott Hoffman has been elevated to Principal, while Jaime Masler Beach and Kelli Glasgow have been named Associate Principals. Additionally, Dalina Cruz has been promoted to Senior Interior Designer.
“These advancements reflect our dedication to fostering internal talent and ensuring continued success in delivering exceptional architectural, interior and environmental graphic design solutions that positively impact the communities and clients we serve,” said Principal Jeffrey Venezia, who co-founded the MBE/DBE/SBE-certified DIG with Principals Vince Myers, president, and Rich Alderiso, chief operating officer.
Hoffman, a seasoned project manager with 15 years at DIG and the newest member of the firm's executive leadership team, leads the Philadelphia office and oversees a diverse portfolio of impactful projects. “DIG is committed to uplifting communities through intentional and inclusive design,” he said. “I am deeply honored to take on the role of principal and to help strengthen and build upon our firm's long-standing mission and reputation while continuing to focus on the firm's design goals for each project.”
Hoffman's latest promotion to principal reflects his ability to drive innovation, mentor emerging professionals and deliver projects that align with the firm's vision of “Architecture for Change.” His portfolio includes notable award-winning projects in the educational, healthcare, senior living and civic sectors that have been recognized for their design and impact in revitalizing communities.
Senior Project Managers Masler Beach and Glasgow, both elevated to associate principals, joined DIG in 2012 and 2014, respectively.
Masler Beach's combined client focus, leadership, operational excellence and market expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the firm. Thanks to a broad portfolio spanning all of DIG's primary markets, she possesses a deep understanding of the business that allows her to develop holistic and adaptable design solutions. Strong connections across New Jersey and Pennsylvania also empower her to continually identify and leverage growth opportunities for the firm and its clients.
A trusted advisor, Masler Beach guides clients as they plan for future development, which has led to remarkable client retention. She is also committed to developing the firm's unique culture by spearheading initiatives such as “Bring Your Child to Work Day,” to introduce children to the professional world and their parents' work through engaging learning activities.
Glasgow, who is highly regarded for successfully navigating complex design projects from conception to completion, deploys a methodical approach to each assignment. As a result, she has been instrumental in delivering designs that prioritize sustainability, functionality and meaningful community engagement.
Recognized for her commitment to employee development, she has served as the firm's Director of Employee Engagement and Chairperson of the Human Resources and Culture Committee since 2022. In this role, she has excelled at developing recruitment, hiring and training programs that serve as a strong future-architect pipeline.
In addition, Glasgow's organization of professional learning sessions and employee appreciation events strengthens DIG's culture of inclusivity and mentorship. Recently named President-Elect for the Newark and Suburban AIA chapter, she has earned tremendous respect from peers while establishing connections with architecture students of all ages.
Rounding out DIG's latest team-member appointments is Cruz's promotion to senior interior designer. With in-depth expertise in designing diverse interior environments, she specializes in creating functional and inspiring spaces with a focus on delivering exceptional solutions, particularly within the healthcare and education sectors.
While aesthetics and function are at the core of all DIG design assignments, team members are continually challenged and encouraged to leverage the power of architecture, interior and graphic design to create spaces that inspire, uplift and empower.
This empowerment also extends to DIG's practice of cultivating talent from within, which has been a matter of tradition since its founding in 2006. A certified MBE/DBE/SBE, DIG believes that through transformative designs and inclusionary business practices it is possible to connect people, improve lives and enrich and strengthen communities – all while creating professional building blocks through mentorship, licensure development, career experience and networking.
