Seeking Nominations for the 2025 John Frederick Harbeson and Paul Philippe Cret Awards

AIA Philadelphia and the Board of Directors are seeking nominations for the John Frederick Harbeson Award and the Paul Philippe Cret Award.

John Frederick Harbeson Award

The Harbeson award is presented annually to a long-standing member of the architectural community and is intended to recognize their significant contributions over their lifetime to the architectural profession and its related disciplines. To nominate your candidate, please complete the Harbeson Award Nomination form and provide examples of their contributions to the architectural profession, the American Institute of Architects, the education of the architectural community, and their contributions to the Philadelphia community at large. Deadline to submit is Friday, April 4 at 5 pm ET. Nominations are required to include the following: Resume / Bio for the individual being nominated and a blurb outlining the reason the individual should be considered for the award.

Paul Philippe Cret Award

The Cret Award recognizes an individual or organization that, while not an architect, has made a lasting contribution to the design excellence of the Greater Philadelphia community's buildings and landscapes. The Cret award provides permanent recognition for those leaders outside the design professionals who have made such a contribution. To nominate your candidate, please complete the Cret Award Nomination form.
