SCHRADERGROUP is pleased to welcome Doug Perry as our newest Project Manager. Doug possesses over eighteen years of expertise in the architectural industry in Philadelphia and beyond. Doug's skill set encompasses many fields: project planning, design development, and construction management and documentation. In terms of his clientele sectors, Doug has had immense success in government, pharmaceuticals, higher education, and the commercial real estate sector.  

Doug utilizes his in-depth knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline the design and construction processes, encouraging respective teams to work as efficiently as possible. Additionally, Doug's specialty in public safety, particularly fire station and EMS facility design, helps to round out SCHRADERGROUP's capabilities.  

Doug is an asset to our team for his comprehensive proficiency in his field and possesses strong leadership qualities. In turn, he offers guidance, inspiration, and direction to a variety of multi-disciplinary groups. He prioritizes client satisfaction above all else.
