BartonPartners Announces Internal Elevation of Four New Principals

BartonPartners is thrilled to announce the internal elevation of four new principals: Steve Bickel, Jeffrey DiRomaldo, AIA, Jeffrey Watson, AIA and Craig Zandier, AIA.

BartonPartners is thrilled to announce the internal elevation of four new principals: Steve Bickel, Jeffrey DiRomaldo, AIA, Jeffrey Watson, AIA and Craig Zandier, AIA. They will join the core leadership group,  who have successfully steered the firm since the retirement of the company's founder in 2017. These internal appointments are a testament to the firm's commitment to professional development, which has been a foundation of the firm. The expansion of the principal ownership team will allow for the continued pursuit of growth and design excellence.

Steve Bickel

Steve brings 20 years of experience to the table, as he leads the architectural design effort and collaborates with the team to find creative solutions for each unique project. He has been with BartonPartners since 2002, and has immersed himself in several positions through the years. In his role as both a Principal and Director of Architectural Design, Steve works directly with clients and collaborates with all levels of the firm to help see each project through to a successful completion.

Jeffrey DiRomaldo, AIA

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the design and management of a diverse range of project types. In addition to his Project Design and Management duties, Jeff focuses on leading BartonPartners' ongoing Quality Assurance Efforts. He routinely meets with the firm's project managers to support them in the implementation of the latest applicable design standards, code developments, and industry best practices.

Jeffrey Watson, AIA

With a background in both construction and design, Jeff has completed a variety of projects in the last 17 years, many of which are in the Philadelphia area. He's considered an all-around architect; someone who has the vision to take the client's site and program, create a design, and execute it through the entitlements process and into documentation and construction. Jeff has made an immediate impact at BartonPartners, striving for quality and efficient design that pleases clients and produces results.

Craig Zandier, AIA

With more than 20 years in the industry, Craig brings his depth of project managerial skills and extensive knowledge of construction to BartonPartners. Having been with the firm for a few years, Craig has served as a leader through a collaborative approach, resulting in successful project executions leading to a number of national industry awards.
