DIGSAU Announces Staff Promotions

23 OCT 2024 — PHILADELPHIA, PA — DIGSAU architects is pleased to announce the promotion of several team members this Fall in recognition of their special contributions and dedication to the firm's growth. These promotions reflect DIGSAU's commitment to nurturing talent and maintaining a collaborative and exploratory studio devoted to advancing contemporary design, planning, and urbanism.

Rebecca Braun, AIA has been promoted to Associate, Project Architect. Rebecca's design, communication, and community engagement skills are invaluable to the firm's arts, civic, and higher education projects.

Kate Czembor, AIA has been promoted to Associate, Senior Project Manager. Kate's deep interest in craft and expertise in materials, technology, and detailing are essential to executing work of the highest quality.

Michael Goldberg, AIA has been promoted to Technical Director. Mike ensures that technical knowledge, best practices, and innovations are shared firmwide and reflected in our project documents and completed buildings.

Aaron Jezzi, AIA has been promoted to Associate, Senior Project Manager. Aaron's interdisciplinary approach to solving architectural and urban design challenges has contributed significantly to our capacity to achieve design excellence.

Kate Julyan has been promoted to Director of Finance and Operations. Kate is integral in streamlining financial and operational systems by incorporating strategic best practices to support the firm's development and growth.

Elizabeth Kahley, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager. Beth's ability to bring disparate voices and disciplines into alignment and deliver complex projects has been instrumental to meeting project aspirations.

Kristy Kimball, AIA has been promoted to Associate, Project Architect. Kristy brings vital energy to developing concepts and visualizations in a variety of settings for higher education, non-profit, and urban development clients.

Rolando Lopez, AIA has been promoted to Associate, Project Architect. Rolando's creative communication, visualization, and collaboration skills have been instrumental in many of the firm's arts, higher education, and hospitality projects.

Jesse Mainwaring, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager. Jesse's passion for craft, culture, and sustainability is crucial to our attentiveness to art, people, and place.

These promotions come as DIGSAU continues to expand its reach, with new projects and collaborations that align with the firm's values of ingenuity, intention, and impact.
