COTE has a new co-chair!

We are PROUD to announce that Roshni Krishnan WELL AP, architectural designer at Wulff Architects was elected by consensus as the new co-chair for AIA Philly COTE! Roshni, currently leads all of our Marketing and Outreach efforts for AIA Philly COTE, planning and facilitating many of our events and social media campaigns. She is also an active volunteer with our 2030 Working Group sub committee and has been instrumental in those efforts. She has been an active member since early 2020, and we are excited for her vision to shape the direction of our group in the coming years. She will join Danielle Fleischmann (current co-chair) for a 3 year term. David Hincher will remain involved as an emeritus chair of AIA Philly COTE and we congratulate him on his new role as Director of Sustainability and Preservation on the board of AIA Philadelphia!
