Katie is a Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager at Coscia Moos. Leading the firm’s most complex commercial projects in hospitality, higher education, and mixed-use, Katie brings a fresh perspective and energetic leadership as Senior Project Manager and Commercial Studio Lead. She never backs down from a design challenge and believes in the importance of collaboration to empower and mentor those around her to share ideas. Katie has a passion for design and excels in the areas of conceptual design and space planning. She expertly orchestrates the project team, keeping all members focused and engaged through to project completion.

She is a Co-Chair of the L+I Committee and recently, “I have been focused on how to disseminate our knowledge as a committee and engage a wider audience. We are starting an initiative to write blogs that tackle 2 major themes: 1) describing the code and associated approval processes in a concise way and 2) Daylighting issues we have seen with the code and these processes.”

Cheers to Katie for all the work she does in helping better our profession!
