Call for Design Profiles for 2026 Summer CONTEXT

In honor of the semiquincentennial, the Summer 2026 issue of CONTEXT will explore the relationship between architecture and democracy, and the Design Profiles will focus on "building for the people." We are seeking high quality examples of civic architecture that serves the public good. The projects could be of various types, including municipal buildings, court houses, civic institutions and public spaces.

To have a project considered for publication, please complete the online form in the link below and include a 300-word description that highlights unique aspects of the project. Also include a list of the design and engineering firms, the primary contractor, and the major product suppliers and identify their roles. Additionally, submit four to seven high-resolution photos and the photographer's name. A diagram or drawing that explains an important aspect of the project would be appreciated. Please submit all information no later than Friday, April 3.
