Interested in Running for the AIA Philadelphia Board? Let Us Know!

The Nominating Committee of the AIA Philadelphia Board is requesting that individual AIA members (Associate AIA, AIA, FAIA, and EAIA) who are interested in running for the AIA Philadelphia Board, should express their interest by emailing the chair of the Nominating Committee, Jeff Goldstein, FAIA (President-Elect of the AIA Philadelphia Board) at [email protected]. 

If you are interested in running for the Board, please simply submit your name, resume, and a brief explanation of your area of interest and relevant experience by August 3, 2022 to [email protected] and someone from the Nominating Committee will be in touch to discuss what positions you might be interested in. If you have any questions, you also can submit those questions to [email protected].

The Nominating Committee Process is the following:

  • August 3, 2022 – Deadline to Express Interest to Nominating Committee.
  • August 31, 2022 – Nominating Committee presents Slate of Candidates to AIA Philadelphia Board for Approval
  • September 26, 2022 – All candidates must submit headshots and bios to AIA Philadelphia
  • September 28, 2022 – Recommended Slate is Published for all Members
  • October 12, 2022 – Deadline to Self-Nominate
  • October 28, 2022 – Ballot is revised and issued to Membership – electronically.
  • November 30, 2022 – Ballots are due and tallied
  • December 8, 2022 – New 2023 Board Members announced at Design Awards, (tentative date)+
