Join us for our next monthly Member Breakfast Series event which will focus on tax incentives for your projects.
Our guest presenter, Jesse Stanley, P.E., Director and Practice Leader of KBKG’s 179D Tax Deduction Group, will dive into how the 179D deduction for energy-efficient commercial buildings can be utilized by designers and developers, including the recent updates or proposed changes under the new administration; attendees will learn more about the benefits of the 45L credit for energy-efficient residential properties; and there will be a discussion on how the shift in political leadership could influence tax reform, and what changes may affect the availability and structure of these incentives.
Light breakfast will be provided. This program is members-only and intended to be a dialogue between presenters and attendees.
