C. Raymond Davis & Sons (CRD) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Schulz to President & Chief Operating Officer.
Mark has worked for CRD for 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Spring Garden College and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Having begun his career as an architect, Mark possesses a unique insight into both the design and building sides of the construction process. He pivoted to a career in construction in 1999 as a project manager, overseeing projects in the institutional, commercial, and residential sectors for a number of firms prior to joining CRD as a Senior Project Manager in 2005.
Over the years Mark was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction/Construction and then to Executive Vice President, roles that involved overseeing all of CRD's projects, project managers, and superintendents.
As President & Chief Operating Officer, Mark will continue to utilize his depth of technical expertise by remaining actively involved in our preconstruction phase services, in addition to directing the daily operations of the company.
We look forward to Mark's leadership in this next chapter for our growing firm.
