Paul Falcone
Wick Fisher White is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Falcone to Associate of the firm. Paul is a talented Electrical Engineer with a total of fifteen years of experience, eleven of which have been with Wick Fisher White. Paul has been providing design as well as project management for our clients in the data center/telecommunications market sector. In addition, he has also worked on the design of premium office spaces and LEED-certified projects. Over the years, Paul has grown his skill set and expertise in commissioning electrical systems for large mission-critical facilities.
Paul is passionate about the quality of his work. He pays close attention to details, which usually results in a smoother construction process than normal. With his promotion to an Associate, we anticipate that Paul will lead by example, instilling the same dedication and passion to those around him.” Vice President, Patrick Chan.
In his role as Associate, Paul will continue to mentor younger engineers and grow existing client relationships.
Jarret Marks
Wick Fisher White is pleased to announce the promotion of Jarret Marks to Associate of the firm. Jarret started at the Wick Fisher White in 2020 as a Mechanical Engineer and quickly hit the ground running, working on two major data center expansion projects. Jarret's background and experience are diverse, designing and acting as PM on projects for a variety of facility types that include data center, office, hotel, hospitals, stadium and central utility plants. He brought with him an immense knowledge of Autodesk Revit, helping to assist and guide the firm in implementing better processes and standards. In addition, he has also shown innate leadership qualities when working with others.

In his role as Associate Jarret will provide a higher level of leadership by managing and overseeing projects as well as assisting with business development activities.
Jarret attended the University of Central Florida and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Energy Systems. He is a Revit MEP: Mechanical Certified Professional. He is also a member of ASHRAE.
