Designed by 39° North Architects, this stunning two-story residence includes a finished basement and attached garage. The home features an open concept kitchen and dining area, an expansive great room with a fireplace, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a mudroom, and a basement with a game room, home theater, mechanical room, and powder room.

The home is wood-framed with Hardie board and batten and shingle siding, architectural asphalt shingles, and standing-seam metal roofing. Key interior features include John Michael custom stainless steel cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplashes, and a cement board fireplace wall with Fry Reglet reveals.

The home maximizes outdoor living with a large stamped concrete rear patio covered by a StruXure Pergola featuring an operable roof, integrated lighting, and overhead fans. Additional outdoor entertaining amenities include a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with a beverage center and gas grill, and a porch enclosed with motorized Phantom Screens.
