Building Excellence: C. Raymond Davis & Sons Wins Two Construction Awards

C. Raymond Davis & Sons (CRD) is thrilled to announce that two of the firm’s projects, Fred Beans Volkswagen of Doylestown and Pacifico Marple Lincoln, received first place in their categories in the Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern PA Chapter’s 2024 Excellence in Construction Awards program. 

Fred Beans Volkswagen of Doylestown | Best Commercial Project $5-10 Million 

This 25,115 sqft dealership features a sleek showroom, state-of-the-art service shop, modern sales offices, a comfortable customer lounge, and a welcoming reception area. The second floor includes an employee breakroom, meeting room, locker rooms, and restrooms. The project was designed by James Necker Architect. 

Pacifico Marple Lincoln | Best Commercial Project $1-5 Million 

Located in Broomall, PA, this 8,700 sqft dealership features a sleek display runway, elegant customer lounge, service reception area, sales offices, and a conference room. The interior is richly finished with stone details, leather wall accents, wood paneling, extensive glass elements, and millwork lighting. The project was designed by James Necker Architect.
