This new facility will feature advanced lab spaces, collaborative areas, and outdoor terraces, all aimed at fostering scientific breakthroughs within a sustainable, wellness-centered environment. Led by members of the project team, this site tour will offer exclusive insights into the building's construction and structural steel applications, highlighting the unique features that make 3201 Cuthbert Street a standout in life sciences development. Boxed lunches will be provided. Please note that closed-toe shoes (preferably work boots), long pants, hard hats, safety vests, and goggles are required. Some PPE is available. Waivers will be available at check-in and must be completed to participate in the tour.
