Wick Fisher White, a leading MEP engineering firm based in Philadelphia, PA, proudly announces the addition of two highly skilled professionals to its team, in line with the firm's strategic growth plans. Robert Hughes, PE, joins as a Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer, and Anthony Rhoads, PE, as a Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer.
Robert (Bob) Hughes, PE – Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer
Bob Hughes brings with him 15 years of combined experience in managing projects and mechanical design. His diverse expertise spans the industrial, healthcare, education, and corporate office sectors. At Wick Fisher White, Bob will oversee the design and construction administration of MEP/FP systems for a variety of projects. His responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and fostering business development with both new and existing clients.
Bob is known for his strong work ethic and values that emphasize communication, collaboration, and empathy. He strives to understand and address the concerns and goals of his colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and productive project environment.
Anthony Rhoads, PE – Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer
Anthony Rhoads brings nearly a decade of electrical engineering experience. His expertise includes designing distribution services for large apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and utility service loops, with experience across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
In his role at Wick Fisher White, Anthony will be responsible for designing electrical systems, conducting lighting calculations, developing power distribution layouts, and performing service calculations for generators and service equipment. He will work closely with other designers and engineers, providing support and reviewing their designs. Additionally, Anthony will play a vital role in project coordination, overseeing submittals, and addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients and contractors. His professional values underscore a strong work ethic, prioritizing timeliness, continuous self-improvement, and a commitment to honesty and collaboration within project teams.
