This new construction single family residence is located in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia just north of Orkney Park. The project was presented to and received support from the North Liberties Neighbors Association and was granted a zoning variance. The project is Pre-Certified for PHIUS+ 2018 (Passive House) certification, and will ultimately be net zero capable, thanks to a solar array that will be located on the roof.
