DIG Principal Jaime Masler Beach Honored with Dual National and State Elite Distinctions

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-PHILADELPHIA, PA-NEW YORK, NY [August 4, 2026] – Jaime Masler Beach, AIA, NCARB, Principal and Senior Project Manager at DIG Architecture (DIG), has captured a duo of industry honors. Masler-Beach has been named a national 2026 “Woman of Influence” for Architecture by GlobeSt./Real Estate Forum, alongside being selected as one of New Jersey's “Leading Women in Business” by NJBIZ. 

These concurrent honors celebrate individual leaders who have achieved exceptional professional success, broken barriers and significantly catalyzed growth across the architecture, design and commercial real estate environments. 

Following her recent promotion to Principal in May, Beach is a cornerstone voice of the firm's leadership and a transformative force behind DIG's expansion along the New Jersey-Pennsylvania-New York corridor. With over 25 years of industry experience, she has moved beyond the traditional role of an architect to become a specialized facilitator for the clients, stakeholders and communities she serves.  

Masler-Beach currently directs a diverse portfolio of more than $200 million in active construction value, specializing in complex, large-scale public-sector, civic and institutional infrastructure projects.

Known for a comprehensive leadership style and an integrated oversight model, Masler-Beach excels at helping public institutions navigate modern budget realities through strategic “more-with-less” facilitation. Her technical acumen is matched by an exceptional mastery of soft skills. She frequently utilizes levity as a strategic tool to disarm high-pressure situations, sorting through competing stakeholder perspectives to find middle-ground solutions. 

For both honors, she was recognized for several landmark project achievements over the past 12 months. These include leading project coordination for the $140-million Union County Government Complex civic campus, featuring two mid-rise sustainable office towers, and successful spearheading of the $70-million modernization of an entire five-story building at Kean University, incorporating advanced Fabrication, Virtual Reality, and Cell & Gene Therapy research laboratories. Masler-Beach also oversaw the $18-million, 90,000-square-foot gut renovation of Stockton University's Bjork Library, as well as the recent completion of the $6.2-million historic modernization of New Jersey's last Carnegie library, the Long Branch Free Public Library.

Beyond her formidable construction portfolio, Masler-Beach is a vocal champion for systemic culture shifts within the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) fields. In an industry where women account for only 27% of licensed architects, she is a model of influence in a firm that is proudly 50% female, of which 50% are licensed professionals. 

Beach is redefining what it means to be a Woman of Influence by rejecting the unsustainable “superwoman” archetype. A member of AIA-NJ, AIA-CNJ and a supporter of Professional Women in Construction, her professional involvement is defined by intentionality over volume. She is a vocal advocate for a family-first leadership philosophy, intentionally choosing presence in her own children's milestones and proving that executive-level success does not require sacrificing personal values or family stability.
