AIA Philadelphia proudly congratulates Soha St. Juste, AIA, LEED AP, Principal at FIFTEEN, on being named a Philadelphia Business Journal Diversity in Business Honoree.
Soha’s recognition reflects her lasting impact on the architectural profession and the Philadelphia community. She is the youngest architect and the first woman of color to serve as President of AIA Philadelphia, a milestone that continues to shape a more inclusive future for the organization.
Through her leadership at FIFTEEN and her dedication to mentorship and civic engagement, Soha has consistently expanded opportunity for emerging minority and immigrant women in the profession. Her work strongly aligns with AIA Philadelphia’s commitment to creating an equitable profession for all.
We are proud to celebrate Soha and her well deserved recognition.
