In its annual Best Real Estate Deals edition, the Philadelphia Business Journal honored Clearfield Apartments as Best Affordable Housing Development of 2024. CBP Architects designed the 47,046-sf project on behalf of repeat client NewCourtland. When completed later this year, Clearfield will provide 48 one-bedroom affordable residences for seniors.
