IPS and Meyer Celebrate Completion of BeiGene's Flagship U.S. Facility in Hopewell, NJ

The global oncology company's $800 million state-of-the-art facility features 400,000 square feet of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical R&D, and office space.

Hopewell, NJ – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leader provider of engineering, procurement, construction management and validation (EPCMV) services and Meyer, a national award-winning architecture and design firm, today announced the completion of BeiGene's 400,000 square foot biologics manufacturing and clinical development center located in Hopewell, NJ.

BeiGene's new facility, situated on a 42-acre property at the Princeton West Innovation Campus, marks one of the largest recent investments in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in the country. This state-of-the-art campus features the most advanced technology in the biopharmaceutical industry with the ability to support current production needs while allowing for flexibility and adaptability as demand changes and grows.

IPS led the design and delivery of the campus, including the biopharmaceutical manufacturing and utilities facilities, as well as critical technical systems. IPS's comprehensive approach ensured that the project met strict regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and adaptability.

Meyer provided ground-up architecture and interior design services, in addition to overall campus design support, for BeiGene's 100,000 square-foot office and lab building, a cafeteria, and an on-site café. The new facility combines office and lab functions as well as critical mechanical and utilities systems needed to support BeiGene's clinical R&D capabilities.

Project partners in addition to lead campus architect IPS included developer Lincoln Equities Group, structural engineer Mainstay Engineering Group, civil engineer Van Note-Harvey Associates, and construction manager DPR Construction.
