Meyer Unveils Dynamic Corporate Office for CenterSquare Investment Management

Meyer, a national award-winning architecture and design firm, is proud to announce the completion of a comprehensive corporate office fit-out for CenterSquare Investment Management​, a leading​​ global​​ real estate investment management firm,​ in Conshohocken, PA. The new, 24,000 square-foot office merges function with aesthetic to effectively support ​CenterSquare​​'s ​staff and clientele after 30 years at their previous headquarters location.

CenterSquare's brand-new headquarters features a variety of workspaces, including private offices, workstations, conference rooms, and collaborative areas designed to support productivity and diverse work styles. Equipped with a centralized hub-style cafe, the office encourages employee interaction and fosters a sense of community among staff and clients.

Meyer worked closely with CenterSquare to develop a workplace that optimizes the space's natural light, views of Conshohocken from the building's seventh floor, and sightlines from the elevator lobby to the building's exterior to cultivate an open, inviting atmosphere. Sophisticated design elements such as wood slat wall panels and decorative back-painted glass insets within the panel details in the lobby and reception areas create a professional and polished aesthetic upon entering the office and throughout the space. Open ceilings featuring ACT clouds and FilzFelt designs enhance the office's modern and airy environment.

Meyer provided interior design, branding, and furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selection services for this project. The project team also included Senior Designers Colleen Eversole and Giselle Hipkins, Project Designer Paige Angelus, Branding Lead Bara Hrusinska, and FF&E Lead Meredith Mercatante. Additional project partners included developer AREP, engineer JB&B, and construction manager Lakash Constructors, Inc.
