Milestones in Growth:

1. Early Years and Foundation:

• Founding Principal, Jerry Roller, started the firm as a sole practitioner with a vision for growth and expansion.
• The firm's initial projects in the healthcare, single family residential, and retail markets in the Philadelphia area set the standard for quality and service, quickly establishing its reputation. With each completed project came greater opportunity.

1. Expansion and Diversification:

• Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, JKRP Architects expanded its services and expertise, taking on larger and more complex projects.
• The firm diversified its portfolio, adding multi-family residential, entertainment, hospitality, and self-storage projects to the mix.
• With the growth of the firm came the development of new leadership followed by expanded ownership.  
• From its humble beginnings, JKRP Architects has experienced measured growth to what is now a sizable firm with 50+ employees. Its current office is in the historic Wanamaker Building. This move not only accommodated the growing team but also provided an inspiring environment to work in.
