Volunteer Highlight: Howard V. Lebold, AIA, LEED AP

Howard V. Lebold, AIA, LEED AP, Co-Chair of the Golf Committee, has a rich history within the architecture community. He is the President of MAI Design, where he has been a Principal for the past 25 years. He previously was an Associate at Ueland Junker McCauley Nicholson. Howard has been a Director & Secretary for AIA Philadelphia. He is also a Founder of the Community Design Collaborative, where he served as their Board Chair for 12 years. He now serves on their Advisory Board, and is currently Chair of their Leverage Committee. Howard is also a member of the Carpenters’ Company of the City & County of Philadelphia (serving as their President in 2023), is a Leadership Philadelphia graduate, and is the Vice Chair of Devereux’s PA Advisory Board.

Howard anticipates continuing to be Co-Chair of the Matthew J. Koenig Memorial Golf Tournament, and hopes to continue expanding the scholarships supported through that event. Learn more about the scholarship here: https://designphiladelphia.org/pages/scholarships
