Each year our customer satisfaction survey helps us gain valuable insights into perceptions of Center City as well as the CCD's performance. The results of these surveys are important indicators for us on where we should concentrate our efforts, make operational changes, and engage our partners in the City to address issues outside our areas of oversight.
Our goal is to get over 5,000 responses from a broad cross section of people who live, work and enjoy Center City, so that we can truly understand impressions and experiences at a granular level.
