In Memoriam: Josh Abbell

Joshua "Josh" Abbell

Josh, age 50, passed away June 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Amy White. Loving father of Julian Abbell. Dear brother of Zack Abbell (Jamie), and Alex Abbell (Kim). Loving son of the late Michael and Joyce Abbell. Josh was known for his kindness and very ready smile. He enjoyed skiing, art and architecture, sports, traveling, hiking, kayaking, trying new restaurants, listening to music and, mostly, spending time with family and friends. 

Family and friends are invited to his Graveside Service, Friday June 21, 2024, 10:00AM at Laurel Hill Cemetery (3822 Ridge Avenue, Phila. 19132) Contributions in his memory may be made to one of the following local organizations:

Josh Abbell was an active member of AIA Philadelphia and the Committee on the Environment. Josh will be truly missed by our community.
