As CSO, Dan will focus on improving CRD's corporate processes and executing strategic initiatives for the growth of the firm, in addition to stewarding CRD's mission and vision.

We're pleased to announce Daniel Donatelli's new role of Chief Strategy Officer.

Dan has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 25 years. Starting as the Marketing Director, he quickly became involved in the daily operations of the company and was promoted to Vice President. Over the years he progressively transitioned to Executive Vice President, then to President & Chief Operating Officer, during which time he was responsible for running the daily operations of the company.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Dan will focus on improving our corporate processes and executing strategic initiatives for the growth of the firm, in addition to stewarding our mission and vision. Dan is passionate about lifelong learning and seeking opportunities for the growth of our team, both at the individual and corporate levels.

We look forward to Dan's leadership and vision in this next chapter for our growing firm!
