Join us for an evening in the City of Philadelphia to tour Yards Brewery. Completed in the fall of 2017, the brewery relocated to a re-proposed 78,150 GSF warehouse building to meet the increasing production demands and have more of a central urban presence. The building has seven 50-foot tall outdoor fermentation tanks along the south side of Spring Garden Street. New large openings were created in the once windowless warehouse and an outdoor beer garden sits below the outdoor tanks. Full height windows line the tasting room and provide direct views into the 50,000 sf production and bottling area. A mezzanine level houses offices, a control room, a lab, and a private banquet area overlooking the brewery warehouse below.

Members of the Project Team at Digsau and Becker & Frondorf will provide tours of the building in small groups, sharing more details about the project.  

After the tour, join us on the patio to enjoy networking with your favorite A/E/C colleagues over drinks and light fare.
