In late November 2021, our clients, Inglis Housing and Methodist Services, opened a leading-edge housing complex to serve the homeless and disabled communities here in Philadelphia: Inglis Methodist Gardens. Designed by Cecil Baker + Partners, this concept was created around the needs of several vulnerable populations and will offer shelter and support services to families with children as well as individuals.
