Two very successful affordable housing projects we completed in late 2021 just can't stop getting noticed. On March 17th, the Philadelphia Assoc. of Community Development Corporations (PACDC) released an email announcement for their Blue Ribbon Award real estate finalists. And TWO of our projects, Inglis Methodist Gardens and St. Rita Place & Cascia Center, are among the top contenders. PACDC's awards ceremony at the Fairmount Waterworks takes place on May 18th and we are dusting off our ball gowns and practicing our speeches. Read more on our website!
