Congratulations to CosciaMoos Architecture on winning a Merit Award for their 123 South Broad Street Suite 220 Project.
This office is a newly renovated 9,392 square foot office space located in the heart of Philadelphia, PA at 123 South Broad Street. Through a marble-clad lobby, either original brass elevators or the feature marble staircase will take visitors up to the second-floor landing, where the office suite’s 27’ high ceilings and open space immediately strike one with a sense of grandeur. The office includes 3 existing conference rooms, a wellness room, an eat-in kitchen as well as a kitchenette, private and open office work areas, and many office collaboration spaces.
