DIGSAU Wins a Merit Award for their 200 Market Street Project

Congratulations to DIGSAU on winning a Merit Award for their 200 Market Street Project.

The site for the project extends from Market Street to King Street in Downtown Wilmington Delaware. Historically, Market Street functioned as Wilmington’s main thorough fare and was defined by a rich variety of building types.

The design responds to challenges of the through-block site by creating a distinct entry sequence from each street front, ultimately leading to a verdant, mid-block courtyard which serves as a shared community space and provides views and daylight to the dwelling units along its perimeter.
