Fall time special! Join the COTE and Housing Committees for a welcoming after-work happy hour! Bring your ideas, raise a glass, and enjoy an evening of lively conversation, shared insights, and new connections in Center City. This special joint gathering will also continue the conversation from our October 13 panel, Sustainability Under the Radar. If you missed the event, no worries—the recording will be available on YouTube at @aiaphillycote6508, so you can catch up and join the discussion. Whether you are a longtime COTE member or joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! Feel free to invite family and friends aged 21 and over. Come celebrate the season, recharge, and connect with colleagues who share your enthusiasm for housing and sustainable design.
