The Hassrick House, is one of only three houses designed by Richard Neutra within the Philadelphia city limits, and the only one accessible to the public. Completed in 1961, the design process was meticulously documented in correspondence between architect and client. Jefferson is now the steward of the Hassrick House which serves as the public face of the University’s Center for the Preservation of Modernism and a learning laboratory for preservation professionals and students.
