This seminar will summarize Philadelphia’s relevant codes and bulletins, relating to the City of Philadelphia Excavation Site Permit. The seminar will include a project example, that explores the permit’s requirements. Attendees will learn how to quickly identify when an Excavation Site Permit will be required, list the documents that are required for the Excavation Site Permit, understand the responsibility of the Owner versus the Design Team, and list the minimum Special Inspections requirements for excavations.
