Join the Building Enclosure Council for their February lunch program!

The design and construction team for 101 Chester Road at Swarthmore College will present the strategies used to address challenges when recladding an existing office building.  A common theme will be collaboration and communication to meet design intent while accommodating existing conditions.

Learning Objectives:

1. Discuss implications of Reclad during the design phase.

2. Demonstrate use of latest technologies for verifying existing conditions during documentation phase.

3. Review use of design assist and mockups to assure success for Swarthmore.

4. Discuss need for continued communication during construction for when the unknown becomes known.
