Hi Everyone! Enjoy your morning brew with us on Friday, March 1st at 9am!
For our first Coffee and Connect of the new year, we are excited to be joined by Jenn Rezeli. She will be hosting a mini workshop titled, Moving into the Driver’s Seat: A mini workshop on assessing, road-mapping, and steering your architectural career in alignment with your values and multi-faceted priorities.
As a group, we will briefly practice using science-backed approaches for reading intuition to develop a deeper understanding of career priorities. Jenn will share lessons learned from her vantage point as both a long-time business owner and an employee about how to derive meaning and advancement within any role in a practice, and in keeping with your priorities.
Jenn Rezeli, AICP, is Director of Impact at DIGSAU, where she contributes to continual improvement of the firm and leads efforts to secure values-aligned projects. Prior to DIGSAU, Jenn was co-founder and Managing Partner of Re:Vision Architecture, a Philadelphia-based sustainable design firm. Jenn is a planning professional and former non-profit executive with a career through-line of environmentalism, social entrepreneurship, education, and cheerful disregard for convention.
