To combat rising CO2 emissions from energy use, we need to take advantage of renewable energy sources to power the facilities we use on a daily basis. Building-integrated photovoltaics, or BIPVs, have the power to change the way we view solar panels and allow mass adoption of solar energy in any market. Today's course will discuss the energy savings and high-end aesthetics possible through BIPVs that overcome the limitations of traditional photovoltaics. Participants will gain practical knowledge for incorporating BIPV products into existing or new construction to maximize energy generation without compromising on building design.
