We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator who is passionate about design excellence. The PC works directly with the Project Manager throughout the design, documentation, and construction phases of a project. Responsibilities:

• Prepare design presentation plans, white models and/or Lumion models for client design meetings
• Work as team member with Project Lead to develop Construction Documents in ACAD
• Develop interior and exterior details, building and wall sections, etc. under the supervision of the Project Manager
• Interface with consultants, contractors and clients during Construction Administration
• Conduct architectural surveys and input plans into CAD format
• Make site visits during construction and document project progress
• Attend and document job meetings with PM during construction

• Requirements:
• Architecture Degree
• Knowledge of construction materials, components and assemblies
• Modeling and graphic skills
• AutoCAD and Sketch-Up familiarity
