Position Overview

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who possesses strong design abilities, graphic skills, and construction documentation experience. Residential design experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, 3D rendering software and the Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and functional design solutions.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, and renderings.
• Assist in the development of construction documentation and detailing.
• Work closely with senior architects and project managers to coordinate design intent and technical execution.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong design and graphic skills with proficiency in rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Revit/AutoCAD.
• Experience producing construction documentation and detailing.
• Familiarity with residential design is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
