Charles Matsinger Associates is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Architect Level 1/Architectural Staff Level 1 position.

Required Credentials and Experience:

• Professional degree in Architecture.

• 3 to 7 years working in an Architectural office.

• Drafting experience in all phases of design using Revit (primarily) and AutoCAD.

• Experience working directly with Clients and Design Consultants

• 3 Recommendations

Responsibilities will include:

• Work directly under the supervision of the Project Manager/Supervisor.

• Develop construction details with Supervisor(s)' direction.

• Assist Supervisor(s) with developing creative design solutions.

• Assist Project Manager/Supervisor with coordination of design and documentation with design consultants.

• Review and process shop drawings.

• Assist Project Manager/Supervisor with researching products and writing/editing specifications.

• Correct/Revise documents and drawings from marked up documents by supervisor(s).

• Code research, interpretation, and application.

• Attendance in our office in Old City, Philadelphia
