MAI Design, a vibrant, collaborative architecture studio located in Bala Cynwyd, PA, is looking for a Project Designer to join our team. You'll work side by side with our principals on a variety of fast-paced projects in the retail, educational and corporate sectors.

You'll gain a diverse range of project experience: our team members are involved with projects from the initial site surveys through final punchlists, providing ample opportunities for professional development.

Do you have:

• An eye for detail and a desire to learn
• A creative spark with a problem-solving attitude
• 3+ years professional experience
• Professional degree in architecture
• Great communication skills- graphic, verbal, written
• Software skills- Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe products
• Technical skills- basic knowledge of commercial construction

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the principals, staff, clients and consultants to create architectural design and technical documentation, from schematic design to construction documents and specifications.
• Product and technical requirements research
• Code analysis and application
• Project administration and oversight through bidding and construction
