We are seeking a Designer or Architect to join our team in either our Providence or Philadelphia office. We work on projects at a variety of scales and contexts, and team members typically work across multiple project types. You'll actively participate in all stages of design, presentation, documentation, and construction administration, and you will play an active role in shaping the design of our projects and the experience that colleagues, clients, and collaborators have when they work with us.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience
· Proactive communicator and collaborator with all members of project and client teams
· Committed to sustainable planning and building practices
· Experienced with all phases of projects, from early schematic design through construction documentation and administration
· Proficient creating presentation drawings, schematic designs, and design and documentation in Revit
