The County Architect serves as the primary liaison with architects, engineers, construction contractors and municipalities. The County Architect provides technical guidance to the Department Directors and is responsible for the oversight and management of professional design firms selected for various projects within the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for various types of buildings constructed, owned, maintained or operated by the County of Delaware.
